1. Identification of the owner

The site ecamundo.com is operated by Ecamundo Financial Technologies S.A.S., an Ecuadorian company with tax ID 1793218460001, registered office at Av. de los Shyris N37-313 & El Telégrafo, Renazzo Plaza Building, 9th floor, Quito 170135, Ecuador, registered with the Commercial Registry of Quito under entry 2021-12-08-3417, authorised by the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance through licence SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2022-00041271 as a Collaborative Financing Platform.

2. Purpose

These terms regulate the use of the website and the contractual relationship between Ecamundo and users who register to invest in or consult information about real estate crowdlending operations.

3. Registration and verification

To invest, users must be of legal age, complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and declare the lawful origin of funds. Ecamundo reserves the right to reject registrations that do not comply with anti-money-laundering regulation.

4. Nature of services

Ecamundo is a collaborative financing platform that connects investors with real estate developers. Ecamundo is not a financial institution, does not guarantee the returns of operations and does not guarantee the repayment of capital. Investors assume the risk of total or partial loss of the invested capital and the risk of illiquidity.

5. Fees

Registration and consultation of opportunities is free. Ecamundo charges the developer an origination fee of 2% to 5% of the financed amount, and the investor a success fee of 1% on interest received. All fees are published before each operation.

6. Risks

Real estate crowdlending operations carry risks, including but not limited to: developer default, repayment delays, depreciation of the collateral property, regulatory risk and illiquidity risk. Please read carefully the investor information note before investing.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, trademarks, software) is owned by Ecamundo or its licensors and protected by Ecuador's Intellectual Property Law. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Amendments

Ecamundo may amend these terms. Amendments will be communicated fifteen (15) days in advance through the registered email and the site itself.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Quito, Metropolitan District, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
