1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Ecamundo Financial Technologies S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Ecamundo"), tax ID 1793218460001, registered office at Av. de los Shyris N37-313 & El Telégrafo, Renazzo Plaza Building, 9th floor, Quito 170135, Ecuador, contact email hello@ecamundo.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) identification data (name, national ID or passport, date of birth); (b) contact data (email, phone, address); (c) financial and investment data (bank account, source of funds, risk profile); (d) browsing data (IP address, device identifier, cookies).
3. Purposes
We process your data to: (a) provide the real estate crowdlending platform services; (b) comply with Ecuadorian anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations; (c) send you the newsletter and commercial communications if you authorise it; (d) carry out statistical analysis and improve the platform.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is: (a) the performance of the contract entered with you; (b) compliance with legal obligations applicable to Ecamundo as a supervised entity; (c) your express consent for commercial communications and analytical cookies; (d) Ecamundo's legitimate interest in guaranteeing platform security.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as you maintain a contractual relationship with Ecamundo and, afterwards, for ten (10) years to comply with anti-money-laundering legal obligations set by the UAFE.
6. Data sharing
We share data with: (a) the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance (SCVS); (b) the Financial and Economic Analysis Unit (UAFE); (c) the Internal Revenue Service (SRI); (d) custodian financial institutions (Banco Pichincha); (e) appraisers and notaries for the formalisation of guarantees; (f) technology providers subject to confidentiality.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to privacy@ecamundo.com attaching a copy of your ID. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulation, you may file a complaint with the Superintendency of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (www.proteccion-datos.gob.ec).
